The Releaf team are always super helpful and friendly, whether it’s consultations with the doctors or queries through customer support I’ve only ever had positive experiences. They are also quick and easy to get hold of. I spoke with Tegan today regarding my prescription and she had resolved the issue in a couple a minutes. I’ve recommended Releaf to several friends and am always singing their praises!

Paid for and attended consultation. Unable to link NHS account. Eventually sorted. Medical information received as requested. Prescription given then removed shortly after before I could purchase. Releaf are now requesting I pay for another consultation. In short, there are other and better pharmacists online. Go elsewhere

From the ease to the initial sign-up to having the consultation with the doctor, it all went very smoothly! The range of products available on their website are great, my only complaint would be to have a pop-out/close-up photo of the product with further information of the item's use and recommended products to accompany such item.

Really easy service to use. Follow up review after receiving my medication. Delivery was easy, DPD and Releaf communicated the delivery details and arrived in the delivery window. From appointment (Saturday) to receiving medication (Wednesday) was 5 days. Definitely recommend for the ease of service and speed of delivery!!
