Once I registered on their website, they automatically booked an initial consultation and charged me for it—without my explicit confirmation or even identity verification. I only noticed this automatic charge a month later. There's no option in the account to cancel the consultation or delete the account. Meanwhile, they bombard you with over 10 emails a month and endless phone calls. This company feels like it's designed to drain your money with zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Check out the eligibility, essentially you need to show you have tried two therapies/medicines and then they will have a consultation with you. This was super easy, you sign into your NHS portal and allow access, they check out your medical files. I have had lower back pain since early 20’s. I was previously prescribed 2 medicines (anti inflammatory & nerve pain reliever) and trying physio/chiropractor. I was emailed for proof of the above, however all I had to do was point to the NHS notes in my file and they had no further requests. It was all in my files already. Appointment with the doctor was done online at my convenience (on a Saturday) and was a fairly simple conversation where went through my history and a couple of lifestyle questions to make sure it would be the right treatment. I was approved and now waiting for the prescription to ship. I will follow up with a second review once I have received my prescription.
