Excellent Customer Service. Evri lost my first order but the team quickly despatched a replacement order. The slate place mats I ordered are of excellent quality.

Fantastic!! Ordered on a Saturday and received by the Sunday morning!! Super impressed… out of 24 glasses unfortunately 1 was broken - emailed on the Sunday and response within an hour advising a new set would be sent - Superb!! And on top of the excellent customer service the glasses are Beautiful and the cost was £30+ cheaper than any alternatives I found online - highly recommend :) 5*

I received 1 x box of drinking glasses instead of 2, I emailed rinkit and received a prompt email apologies for the error. I received the box of glasses the next day. Great service, responsive and helpful. Will not hesitate to use this company again.

Iv placed a small order but arrived super quick and well packaged but after opening had an issue so watched back on our cctv and saw this was likely caused by Evri delivery driver The customer service at Rinkit i found amazingly good, to the extent i felt as if i was a very highly valued customer despite this small order They sourced a replacement which arrived the very next day and delighted with product as well Personally I think it says something to rate 5* review after having an issue which I dont think was the error of this company Will be ordering more for other areas of our home. I couldn't be more happier with the service I received today. I ordered a ash bucket and unfortunately the screw was missing for the lid. I emailed them advising them of the problem, I had a reply straight away saying they would send a replacement. How's that for excellent customer service.
