I ordered 4 double photo frames at £3 each. They arrived the next day (I had selected the 48 hour option) well packaged and the quality of the frames exceeded my expectations! Very happy with my purchase. Will use site again.

Ordered glasses and glass mugs. They arrived well wrapped but unfortunately 3 were broken. They responded to my email quickly and are sending replacements no issue. Happy with the service.

I ordered a number of different slate items. When they arrived the DPD driver decided to drop them over a 5 foot gate (my neighbours were both in) in the rain and then drop a heavy box of dog food trays on top of them. Amazingly there was only one breakage in the whole box, despite the outer cardboard being soggy and crushed. Customer service was excellent. I sent photos as proof before being asked for them and got a reply within a couple of hours (in an evening). Replacement item sent straight out free of charge and an apology. Replacement arrived two days later with a different courier. Could not fault the service and will definitely use again.
