Unbelievably rubbish product. Looked like it had been made by somebody with neither hands nor brain. Then 'Lauren' gave me the runaround about its 'fitness for purpose'. Two stars because I got a refund in the end. Packaging was stupid too.

We ordered 2sun loungers and one was broken. I contacted rinket and they responded immediately and sent us a replacement a few days later. Very good customer service

I started my online order at 16.30 today, choosing £4.99 next day delivery, as long as order is placed before 5 o'clock in the evening. 16. 59pm. I finally managed to place my order. Only time will tell if I get my order tomorrow ( Saturday). The card checkout is absolutely mind boggling. It kept asking me for my card's issue number and start date. My card is contactless and only has the expiry date on it. I have spent nearly half an hour going around around in circles trying to pay for the items. I hope they do come tomorrow or I will be chasing a refund for the difference. Regardless how small it is, it's the principle of the matter. The checkout should be simpler!

Ordered a beautiful crockery set the service was prompt delivery within a couple of days, and beautiful set. One side plate was broken and within 2 days a replacement sent. Will definitely be recommending rinkit excellent company

This is the second time leaving a review, I purchased a item back in June it became faulty I emailed them and I honestly thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere but within a ten minutes I had a email back and within 20 minutes my issue was resolved no messing around they have sent out a replacement for me thank you so much . I recommend and will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is fantastic.

I cannot believe the prices from this seller. Great range of products. One of the items I ordered had a glass missing - this was sorted within 2 days. Great customer service.
