Bought 12 glasses, one was broken on arrival. Emailed customer service and Katie sent out a replacement for next day delivery. Excellent service.

Very impressed. Had never heard of them before but when I ordered the delivery was quick. Some items were missing but the customer service was outstanding. Fast response and missing items dispatched right away. I’d definitely recommend and would use again.

I ordered some lovely glasses but unfortunately when they arrived one was broken. I got in touch and asked for a 10% discount and I would keep them. I was totally amazed when they said that they would replace them and to keep the delivery. Amazing customer service!

Received our placemats yesterday, unfortunately 1 was damaged in transit. Contacted Rinkit and they are sending out a replacement, no quibble or anything. Very pleased with not only the products received, but the excellent customer service. We shall certainly be using them again in the future. I'm impressed 😁

Great company! Both my orders arrived the next day! There was an issue with one of the orders and I emailed the company. The next morning I had received a response to say they were replacing the item at no extra cost and with no need to return the item. I've shopped with Rinkit a lot and it's the first time I've had a problem with an order but definitely impressed how quickly it was resolved, so will most definitely keep on purchasing items from them
