I ordered a doormat which was delivered the next day but it was damaged when it arrived. I sent an email off explaining this and a replacement was received the very next day. The customer service is fabulous and I would definitely buy from here again. Thank you for your amazing service!

I have bought from Rinkit on many occasions without issue. Today however I received coasters in unusable condition. I am now being told that not wanting 24 coasters with poorly fitted feet and 12 scratched and pock marked coasters are a personal preference on my behalf and I have to pay to return these. Loyal customer lost through poor quality product and customer service.

Really fast delivery and good price too! I had to contact Customer Care and they were very quick to respond and sort out my issue. Would definitely recommend 👌 although they could do with deliveries to lockers

I recieved my plant pot holder broken , I messaged Rinkit telling them about my broken pot , i took photos as proof . They were fantastic , they didn t ask for proof , and sent me another plantpot the next day , Very pleased with them
