Excellent company to deal with I’ve had lots of orders of them all very good quality products and as described in the product information quick delivery too. They keep you constantly informed by email on your order status.I had one damaged item delivered (probably by the currier’s)contacted their customer service team who were friendly efficient and very helpful within 48 hours a replacement one had arrived!

A part missing from my order…. I phoned customer service line and waited ages in a queue only to be cut off with a “we’re busy message, ring later” Emailed them after Tesco provided mail Response within 3 hrs and part arrived within 2 days Great customer service but just get your phones sorted out

Wonderful product, cheap, express DPD delivery. I bought sunshades for our second home abroad only yesterday afternoon and parcel was delivered this morning, emailing me all way through. Ordered four plastic garden chairs. (Inexpensive but good value for what they were.) Unfortunately one was damaged, probably in transit. I contacted Rinkit and they very promptly said they'd send a replacement FOC. Which they did. While it would have been good not to have had the problem in the first place, it was great to deal with a supplier who didn't feel the need to argue the toss!
