Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service!! When I ordered the ring it needed to be resized which was done perfectly and really quickly but unfortunately my wonderful other half told me the wrong size. This was no problem and they very kindly resized it again with no fuss and very easily. Thank you!!

I ordered a ring unfortunately it didn’t sit well with my engagement ring so returned it and got a refund. Three days later. Amazing service would definitely recommend.

Good value

The earrings I chose were small and simple. Good value compared to other online jewellers. The delivery was as expected. The earrings were in a presentation box and also came with a Burrells gift bag.

Burrells were excellent. I reached out about a specific watch on their website and they answered all of my questions. I ordered the watch and it arrived via signed for delivery. I was delighted with the watch and amazed at the price.

Received the complete wrong item

Received the complete wrong item, I ordered a Gucci ring and was sent a chain necklace. Sent an email to customer service to which they replied sorry you were not happy with the item please return. I have returned my item over a week ago and not heard back to say it’s been received although I can track this on Royal Mail and it says it has been delivered. I have just been left in the dark regarding my return and on top of that the original item I ordered is not in stock so all of this was a waste of my time and money and I still haven’t had anything resolved.
