I recently got in touch with Permaframe for a quote for some windows. Jade in the office was more than helpful. The process was smooth and all the staff were professional and happy to help. If you’re looking for windows or home improvements, I highly recommend this company

Although the time between measuring up and agreeing to install new door and windows was quite lengthy Perma Frame chased up suppliers gave me a date when the work would carried out and duly arrived on that date and did the work albeit the windows weren't what I had ordered. They installed temporary ones and returned to put in a cat flap as requested and when new windows had been made replaced the temporary ones. The kitchen window installer was brilliant and very kindly did a bit of mortar reparation work for damage caused by another firm. All the staff were honest and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this firm

What a fantastic experience I had from everyone at Permaframe, friendly sales guy, the fitting was excellent. The window handle was the wrong colour, but a lovely lady from the office called Jade sorted it all out for me straight away, I will definitely be returning for my doors.

What a truly great experience, From sales visit from Ian, through to surveyor Ben and then Paul the fitter who installed our composite front door. Would highly recommend

I'm pleased with the new door, good quality and well fitted. Helpful and friendly staff, but appear to be a bit disorganised - one visit appointment missed, installation date not advised until a few days beforehand. Mostly positive experience, would use again.

Im not a cerial complainer, nor writer of positive reviews, and i apprecite all the previous reviews i read, but I do think that we need to be fair. I’ve had Permaframe design and build the most beautiful extension. And yes, like a previous reviewer, we had issues, but PF were absolutely brilliant at sorting everything. From design, survey, project management, planning & building regulations, Permaframe were always there. Thank you Permaframe!
