UPDATE 2 I finally received my parcel 21 days after placing order. It was shipped 2 weeks late. Communication was really bad initially but they promised to sort out the matter. I am just glad I received the parcel. I like the brands they carry and my first shopping experience was good, that's why I placed a second order. This time I was disappointed though. UPDATE: Apparently you are now claiming my package has been delivered but you have no proof of delivery from DHL. What is going on? I placed an order 10 days back. They claim the parcel was sent out but DHL says they haven't received it. I purchased items to get express shipping. No proper reply after multiple emails. Just the usual response that they are looking into the matter. Can I know when my order will be sent out and when will I receive it? My order number is GE5990548214NL

Tolle innovative Produkte, ansprechende Hompage, guter Newsletter! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und seit einigen Jahren Kundin. Zwei Pröbchen pro Sendung , nach dem Ausprobieren gelegentlich auch schon bestellt. Riesiges Sortiment, kein Geschäft vor Ort kann da mithalten. Kaufe aber auch bewusst vor Ort ! Good selection of brands, horrible service. I have ordered twice and both times they entered my address incorrectly and didn't even add my phone number with the shipment. Both times the package was undeliverable because of the missing address and returned to them. Such a simple thing to just add the address correctly. Will never buy from them again
