THE WORSE SERVICE EVER

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! It writes on their website that the order will arrive in 1-2 business days I placed the order 6 days ago and it did not arrive yet. I cannot believe that I called them 14 times today and I was still unable to talk to an English speaker because they closed the English line. If you try to speak to an English speaker they will hang up on you - so then I dialed 1 German and a German lady stated that she could not help me and hung up on me. I am desperate as I need my order for tomorrow evening because it's a bday gift. The German lady was so cold and rude to me I was literally crying and asking her to please transfer me to someone who could help me. I don't know what to do. They do not reply to the emails and their phone service is the worst I have ever seen. Hire more English speakers! I will never order from them again. That lady really upset me.

Gerne wieder!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Der Onlineshop ist super! Er ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und das vielseitige und große Sortiment ist total schön! Die Bestellung war unkompliziert und meine Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Die Produkte sind klasse! Es waren sogar tolle Gratis-Proben dabei, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Gerne wieder!

Complete lack of customer service and simply not sticking to the Express Shipping timelines!

I've placed the order (GE5931522453NL) on the 14th of May and requested express shipping which supposely only takes 1-2 days. The order was only shipped on the 17th of May and there's been no progress in its delivery. I've chased them on email and phone but having no luck getting hold of anyone. Complete lack of customer service and simply not sticking to the Express Shipping timelines! Edit on 28/5 - the saga continues, except I finally received a reply from Niche who told me that the parcel was on their way back to them, so that I needed to wait for them to receive this parcel to be able to get my money back. So not only they've not delivered, but I now need to wait to receive my money back? Literally the WORST customer experience I have ever received.

Shipping is ok and so are the products

Shipping is ok and so are the products, but they are breaking EU laws because they promise gift box to all orders above some sum, but in reality they are not sending them to all EU countries, only Germany, as far as I can tell from Instagram comments. I tried to get an answer from them, so first they lied and after they ignored my question, so I am no longer a customer and will be checking to what institution to report this.
