Ist sehr Gut und interessant

I placed an order (GE5876219067NL) on the 5.05.24 at Niche Beauty, then I straight away realized that I put the wrong item in the order (wanted to buy Venn shampoo, and bought Venn gel instead because both products look absolutely similar). I immediately (in 2 minutes) sent messages to Niche client service emails asking to cancel this order. I also sent one message to Global E asking the same. I received nothing from the customer service during next days. Then on the 9.05 I received confirmation of the shipment of the order to me!! In 4 days!! And they had all this time to cancel it!! To say I was mad, is to say nothing! And then on 13.05 I finally received the reply from their client service to my previous messages!!! In 9 days!!! After the order was shipped!!! I’m sorry but being a loyal customer of many international beauty web shops (Cult Beauty, Lookfantastic etc..) I’m facing such a terrible client service for the first time in 15 years. I wish I had read reviews on TrustPilot before I imagine. I’m very disappointed. I’m going to return the order to you asap and I really hope that there will not arise any issues with returning money to me. And I think I won’t return to Niche Beauty back again after such a negative experience. PS. Return of the package will cost me 18€!!! So, will have to keep it. Extremely disappointed! Update: Problem has been resolved. Thank you.
