Experiencia nefasta. Compre un perfume y me han mandado una falsificación que ni huele. He contactado con ellos en mas de 4 ocasiones y me mandan una etiqueta de devolución como que mi producto costo 1,24 euros para que lo devuelva, cuando costo 119 euros. Son unos estafadores, solo dan largas, por favor no compréis nada si no quereis perder el dinero y el tiempo. Y no contesteis diciendo que escriba a customercare, porque teneis varios emails mios y siempre me mandais esa etiqueta de erronea. Mi pedido es GE5778267885NL. A ver si haciendolo publico haceis algo y dejais de contestarme con emails automaticos. Quiero la devolución de mi dinero.

Very slow shipping and Customer Service
Very slow shipping,customer Service is also very slow. A parfume in my order leaked all over the box and the half of the parfume was just gone. I have requested refund and returned the item, it was delivered on the 3.5. to Niche Beauty, but I still haven't heared from them. I contacted the Customer Service 3 days ago, and I am still waiting.
Once again my parcel has been lost
Once again my parcel has been lost, the status of my order on line never changed in 2 weeks, but of course they took the money. I sent 3 emails to Customer Service with no response. This is the second time that it happens to me with Niche Beauty, and the last it took months for me to get the money back. I like the products sold by them, but the service is useless. Ignoring Customers who write concerned about a parcel is wrong.
Slooooow shipping / Still not delivered to DHL
I placed an order a week ago (08/05/24), but it still hasn't shipped. Today is already the 5th working day, when will you send it? Called customer support line, but they said that they „have issues“ and all parcels will be sent next week. Ok guys but…. this is not the first time My parcel has been shipped after 8 days after I placed my order. Now DHL is getting on my nerves but this is an another story. P.S. I live in the EU, in the Schengen zone, all parcels arrive for me within 3-4 days from the date of order :) UPD: 21/05: I called DHL Express Customer Support, we spoke two different languages and they said the one same thing - my parcel has not been delivered to DHL yet, they haven’t yet transferred it to DHL, but only registeted. Since last Wednesday when my parcel “has been shipped” (Shipment information received Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 12:42) *clown emoji* My parcel is still in their warehouse I suspect my parcel just got lost
No delievery, no response on email
I placed an order on 8.5.2024 (GE5896246560NL). They advertise delievery in 4-6 days, but today is one week from order and they didn't even sent the package. They also didn't send any reply to my email. I will wait till the end of this week and then report problem at PayPal and try to get money back. Edit 17.05.2024: They finally send my package today. I hope everything will be OK. Edit 22.05.2024: I received package today in a good condition. I took much longer than i expected but at least I get it :)

so und jetzt schreibt ihr mir vor 11 min, dass ihr euch um den fall kümmern wollt. was ihr offensichtlich nicht wisst: ihr habt mich aufgefordert, den fall bei paypal zu schliessen, gestern und heute. das hab ich gemacht, dann habt ihr überwiesen. das ganze ist nun endlich erledigt. aber ihr wisst selbst nichts davon. wow.
Geen communciatie en statusupdate!
Op 5-5 een bestelling geplaats en keurig een ontvangstmail ontvangen. Daarna blijft het angstvallig stil. Ik hedb een mail gestuurd omdat bij het opzoeken van de order er nog steeds staat "In Progress". Op 11-5 via een contactformulier op hun website nogmaals de vraag gesteld waar mijn bestelling blijft. Ook hier weer een bevestigingsmail van ontvangen maar GEEN enkele reactie. Zojuist weer om een reactie gevraagd. HEEL SLECHTE COMMUNICATIE!. Ik wacht nog 1 week en dan ga ik de transactie bij mijn creditcardmaatschappij betwirten.

Worst delivery, worst custoemr service
Worst delivery, worst customer service. I have order 2 products and only one receive, and i paid for both. I am frustrated to write them 15 times for refund and it is so horrible. I am writing them for 3 months for the refund and every time they reply we will check. I did mention everything with photos as well. There are multiple third parties where we need to answer again n again and none of them knows anything how to solve. Yes, there were back n forth because I got email from niche beauty customer service saying that I need to talk with courier, when I send mail they said I need to talk with e global and e global divert me to niche beauty.
