Ware nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht versandt, obwohl am Tag der Bestellung mit "Versandte Artikel" bestätigt wurde. Auf Mail-Anfragen muss man in der Regel mind. drei Tage warten, bevor sie beantwortet werden. Die Bitte auf Rückerstattung wurde ebenfalls abgewiesen.

Placed an order on the 4th of May, chose Express Shipping and since then, complete radiosilence. I sent an email last week asking for an update - completely understandable if there are delays, but you should let your customers know. I see on here that I am not the only one with this issue. EDIT 17.05.2024 - yes, I did send an email to your customer email address to which I received a rather generic response consisting of 'shortly' and 'as soon as possible'. The package has now also been shipped, but not yet picked up by DHL at your premises. I hope it will indeed arrive shortly now, more than 2 weeks after having chosen Express Shipping. EDIT 23.05.2024 - parcel arrived 19 days after ordering with Express shipping. Thankfully no items were missing. To anyone reading this review: I would only order from Niche Beauty if you have a lot of patience.

Hab sehr oft bestellt war meistens zufrieden, aber es ist doch zweimal passiert das die Ware beschädigt angekommen ist. Bei der letzten Bestellung war dass leider der Fall.

Not so nice as at the beginning

At first I loved it but with time the company seems to be overwhelmed by its success. The Sortiment is variable: items that have been in range for years suddenly disappear from the sortiment (not even not available, simply not there). In addition items out of stock is insanely high. You are forced to make several orders that trigger then shipping costs. The international shipping is a disaster: my last order was made on May 1 and it has not yet been shipped. If I had known I would have never made the order. The profile / account in internet has flaws: the addresses saved in the profile cannot be used when sending international. They are automatically transformed into “German” addresses… I called the customer service and no one could help. I got said the IT service would call me back. That was a week ago and of course , surprise surprise, no one has called and is May 12. For the VIP club I was supposed to get a welcome gift : never got it. The list is getting longer for such expensive products.

Check the shipping information and there is no shipping updates since it shipped on May 1st. It is know May 10 and I ordered two weeks ago. I want my money back.

Falsche Hausnummer am Adresskleber-dürfte Ihre Software verursacht haben?ßß

Angebot, Bestellmodus, Verpackung sehr gut. Meine Nur-3-Stern- Bewertung bezieht sich auf Ihre falsche Angabe der Hausnummer: es ist eine kombinierte Nr (3B/ A6). Ihr IT- Programm hat nur die 6 aufgedruckt. Das ist ein völlig anderes Haus. Ich hab inzwischen meine Adresse im Kundenkonto abgeändert, in der Hoffnung, dass es beim nächsten Mal klappt. Die 5 Sterne gebühren meinem Postzusteller, der die Pakete an die richtige Hausnummer geliefert hat.
