What stood out was communication. Leanne always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly. She was very informative and guided and supported us through what turned out to be a very challenging time for us.

Customer service is expected in most industries now but is it actually delivered? Liam Cook (Swiitch) is an example of what great customer service looks like! Swift, transparent and clear communication. Did everything he said he’d do, Liam is a credit to the company.
