From the offset all communication was flowing well. Sadly chasing was necessary on a number of occasions to obtain updates. There was a lengthy gap, when chased it was discovered that a vital piece of information which had been sat on for 4 weeks had not been communicated delaying the sale. This was very frustrating and stressful, also it had financial implications to me. I have used Switch before, they were incredibly efficient, this has not been the case this time, maybe the case handlers / workload etc. Adam Mayer & Zumra Gercek Overall fair handling is all I can say.

Not having bought a house for over 30 years I don't know the benchmark for service for buying. The experience I had appeared to be very good, especially Lauren Elliott who was very efficient in getting back to me if I had any queries. I'm not so convinced about the Sequence home conveyancing online service ( hence only 4 stars) Found this a bit of a pain to use, luckily Lauren was able to assist. Help was only a phone call away and they were able to talk me through everything & give explanations where required. Basically almost all the process was left to Swiitch & Lauren Elliott.
