We had a great experience with Swiitch. We bought a repossessed house that initially looked very straightforward. It was soon apparent that there were complications with the deeds. I cannot praise Ross Bird, Nadia Agyei and the team highly enough for the help, assistance, and persistence to drive the resolution of this issue. Thoroughly professional and a High level of communication, and great accessibility, which we feel is massively important when dealing with legal issues. We would not consider using any other team when purchasing a property. 6 stars.
