Ordered some Christmas presents for my son as a surprise and they chose to post them without any sort of outer packaging resulting in him seeing them when the DPD driver delivered them, 1 month before Christmas and they couldn't stretch to an outer bag. One present was a dartboard light and the box had obviously been stood on, honestly stunned that someone thought it was fine to send out a fragile package without any extra packaging. Good prices but seems to be at the cost of the package arriving in perfect condition. First and last time buying from them, awaiting refund now.
