Really good service

Placed an order on the 7th at 1:00am, paid for tracked 24h/24h despatch. It's now the 8th at 2:32pm and the order is still showing its being packed. I get its just after Christmas and you've probably got alot of orders to get out. I just think if you can't fulfil the 24-hour timeframe, don't offer it at this time, its that simple. It annoys me more as I'm someone who lives by sticking to the times arranged so when someone or in this case a very large company can't do that, it seriously grinds my gears! First time using you guys, I may use again but I definitely won't be paying for quicker delivery.

I raised an issue with Red Dragon Darts on December 10th, and as of January, it remains unresolved. This company does not respond to emails, refuses to share their complaints procedure, and fails to acknowledge formal complaints. They keep brushing me off by claiming the issue is being reviewed by their so-called Production Director, who, if he exists, certainly does not prioritize customers. I have previously purchased flights, stems, and other accessories without issue, but this experience has made it clear that their customer service is non-existent. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Avoid Red Dragon Darts if you value your time and money.
