I bought new Reddragon points via Amazon but two snapped within 2 days of fitting them - Reddragon darts implied the broken points on my darts is down to me because I didn't buy their repointing tool even though the one I have is one of the best on the market and is ranked no.1 on Amazon - also there was another review that also said their points snapped soon after fitting them - they have gone down in my estimations and I will certainly think twice about using them again - I asked via Amazon for a refund but I was sent a new pack of points - it's not likely I will have any use for them and I am not going to buy a Reddragon repointing tool specially for them when I have a perfectly good one already - unless it has a torque setting I would imagine repointing tools are all much alike p.s my Reddragon customer I.D is different to my Amazon I.D - I have never had a problem before and I have spent a lot of money with you but nevertheless I am a bit disappointed - mainly with the reply appearing to say I am partially to blame for not buying your repointing tool

I recently purchased a Blade 6 triple core dartboard. The item was delivered promptly, and my initial experience with Red Dragon Darts was excellent. However, upon mounting the dartboard, the wood buckled, rendering it unusable. When I contacted Red Dragon Darts for assistance, their response was disappointing. Despite my many years of experience as a darts player and successfully mounting numerous dartboards, they only offered a fixing kit instead of acknowledging manufacturing defect. Now, I am left with an £80 board that I cannot use. Unfortunately, the response from the customer service team did not reflect the high standards of quality and customer care that I had expected. I hope this review helps other potential buyers to be aware of this issue and reconsider their options.
