Amazing darts and great price, quality product!

Ordered twice. First time received quickly & excellent product. Second time order not delivered, DPD left it on my doorstep in full view of everyone & not in my safe place. Obviously got nicked. DPD said to contact Red Dragon & here is the problem. Their customer service is awful. I’m told I have to wait 6 working days for this to be resolved. No I have proof that DPD left this in the wrong place. I’ve already been inconvenienced as it was a birthday present for my son in law so I had to go out and buy one as it was needed the day after it was left outside, being disabled pensioner this was difficult for me. A decent company would have accepted straight away that DPD were at fault & would have refunded or replaced straight away. I hope the directors of this company reads this and sends all his customer service advisors on a training course. As a closing note, although they probably won’t care, they have lost a very good customer as I still had quite a few items to order to go with the dartboard that I purchased the first time.

A disgrace of a company!! Stay away it is a scam, I ordered on the 26th of November and they are trying to say my order was delivered on the 5th of November !!!!

I purchased a triple core dartboard for my son’s birthday in Black Friday sales. Received damaged but was advised it had passed quality control checks. I was advised to send back at my expense but pointed out legislation. I am still waiting to send back - nearly week later, constant chasing and above all else no birthday present for my son to physically open as I can’t afford to repurchase at a higher price from someone else until money refunded. Keep saying this and chasing for help. Its been awful experience and chose this company as I thought they were going to be the best. Just fed up not been good experience at all :(
