The Advisor I had the pleasure of being guided through the application process by Stan Mitchell. I could not have asked for a more helpful, personable, and efficient individual to have as my advisor. He had every answer, was quick to respond, and made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. The Process The process of applying for student loan refinance with Elfi was incredibly simple, well laid out, and efficient. I never waited more than a day or two to hear back on next steps, decisions, etc. The Difference I had several students loans that were accruing a preposterous amount of interest and after trying to refi with several other places, I was super discouraged and convinced I would be paying ridiculous monthly payments forever. When I discovered Elfi, I could tell that things were different from the start and that was true all the way through approval. The Opportunity The one and only thing I could suggest to improve the process is to revisit website design/function and make the website more robust. Along those lines, an easy-to-use app would also be a great addition to the UX. (I was just approved the day of writing this review, so if these things exist and I just haven't been onboarded yet, my apologies.)
