APR is very competitive. Not the absolute lowest but very competitive This was a quick and pleasant experience. Both underwriting and loan adviser staff worked quickly, and remained in communication throughout the process. The whole process took less than 5 business days. YMMV I appreciate that almost everyone involved in the process technically work for SouthEast ELFI which reduces miscommunication whereas some lender contracted or outsourced part of the process, resulting in miscommunication at times At SouthEast ELFI, I found that having someone review the document and tagging them with the appropriate description before sending it to underwriting helped to speed things up. This was a good idea, more lenders should do this
