issue….. food is partially thawed when received……. some crispy frozen ….. others thawed. no issues with quality of food…… just the condition received.

The beef meals were tender and tasty. Didn’t care too much for the chicken breast ones. The chicken was a bit tough, even though I was careful heating it up. I did cancel after trying for a month. The plastic cover was hard to peel off. I ended up cutting it each time.

The ice packs were frozen but the food was not frozen when my box arrived. Last night I had the Latin beans and Tex Mex rice. I couldn't eat it because it was spicy. Clearly label spicy foods do I won't waist my money.

Very tasty meals, and it only takes a few minutes to heat.

Trouble changing items got 4 weeks of same thing. Finally called yesy& hope Ivan do . Shoulder be easer for us older folks

Deliveries are prompt and packaged well with good instructions. The meals are also so delicious! Totally exceeded my expectations! I keep being impressed by the variety and the flavors.

Easy to get in contact with customer service. Representative was knowledgeable and resolved the issue right away.

The meals are so delicious and healthy too. My coworkers love the smell of them every time I heat them up in the microwave. The price is very reasonable too.
