Excellent product, horrible delivery
Excellent product, no complaints there. But horrible delivery experience. I expect a product in this price range to be fast delivery with proper tracking and no issues at all. Close to three weeks delivery to Denmark, and it would have been longer if I hadn't contacted customer service after 1,5 weeks.

awesome bike, outstanding customer service Switzerland charged me VAT on top, which Super73 refunded within one day. A broken kickstand replacement was promptly sent out as well.
Great product and good customer support
Superior product . Looks and works great . customer support was quick in addressing minor issues to make sure I am a happy customer (they sent with wrong tires) . Ordering and shipping times could be faster (intermediate shipping company took to long to dispatch)

15/09/21 Another update, bike still not shipped, rang super73 again this time given a number for customer service +310208990462 this number does not work! Re rang the company and cancelled my purchase heres hoping I get my money back quicker than the bike, pity really was looking forward to having the super73zx. Sadly the best bit of advice I would give the company is keeping the customer updated about their purchase and any delays this reduces the frustration that customers feel. 14/09/21 Update received email today replying to the email I sent yesterday explaining that "this is a very strange situation" and my bike should be shipped soon but still no shipment date???, reading other reviews it seems they don't have stock. Did reply to the email that I received this morning but they have not responded to it all day, email sent at 09.08 this morning once again poor communication from the company. Currently 1 star as I ordered my bike the super73 zx on the 01/09/21 at the time it should of been shipped in 2 business days, emailed the company 3 times as bike had not been shipped, phoned customer service appears the number from their site does not work, eventually found a number got through by phone was advised that it would be shipped at least by the 10/09/21 which it wasn't emailed again no response I once again had to phone them and have now been informed that they have got my email but did not respond to it, but it will be shipped today 13/09/21 or 14/09/21 I do not have to much hope because as I write this, no email to say it has been shipped shocking customer service no information or update about the product even though the lady(Valetine) I spoke to was pleasant and polite also if the bike is not shipped by Tuesday I will be asking for a refund of the €2499 that I have spent which is not a small amount of money and it appears that they are just fobbing me off.

Updated 28-9 Bike arrived. Really well packaged. Amazing product. Surpassed my expectations. Took for a test ride up a nearby 2km hill with some 10% sections. No problem with a bit of pedalling - I have to admit I love it. Updated 24-9 Bike has been shipped. Customer service continue to be really nice. Will update when I get it. Before this I had some shipping delays. Natalie in customer service provided me with pretty accurate updates. It was frustrating at the time but perhaps with hindsight I could have had more patience…:) From ordering to delivery to my door took about 3-4 weeks to Ireland.
This service is terrible
This service is terrible. Already waiting for about a year for my fenders. When it rains al the water + dirt from the roads comes into my face and back because the short fenders are terrible. Ive called super73 NL multiple times and the girl on the phone only tells me that ‘she doesn’t know when the new ones are coming’ and is super unhelpful. My friend just bought the super72 s2 and his bike has the new fenders, meanwhile they tell me they don’t have new ones for me (and more people I talk to). I didn’t pay this much money to ruin all my clothes and shoes. They only care about getting new clients and not about their customers ..

Ansich ein Klasse Bike aber.....
Ansich ein Klasse Bike. Doch leider ist die Motorunterstützung nach ca. 2 Wochen und 250 km Defekt. Warte bereits seit einer Woche auf Antwort. Schade eigentlich ist der Service von super73 sehr gut. Gerne mehr dazu wenn sich dann endlich jemand meldet um mein Problem zu lösen. Ärgerlich 4200 Euro im Keller stehe zu sehen.
