arrived in about two months, great packaging and helpful instructions for assembly. comfy, speedy though a little awkward when turning left or right since it has limited mobility in the front with the close-to-body suspension. quite heavy but you get used to it after the second lifting. i lift it 3 stories high but that was just the first two weeks until i got two motorcycle chain locks. one plain and one with motion detection. big MINUS for their super73 app though, i made two accounts and neither works in the app but logs in just fine on the web.. and i was looking forward to get a phone mount to use the app with...guess not.. nor updates for my bike either. so thats..yes. awesome what can i say.. i emailed them too but all they like to send me is how was this and that staff handling your issues and so on.. i got two of those after i sent them that my super73 app is not working. priorities am i right?..

J'ai commandé un super73 Rx en mai dernier je voulais attendre avant de donner un avis concret concernant le vélo. La livraison s'est super bien passé. Alors certes le vélo coûte un peu cher mais il est vraiment incroyable, un vrai bolide !! Best Bike Ever. Just picked up my bike about three weeks ago now, and even though I had to wait a bit longer then I had expected, the team in Amsterdam where super friendly during my pickup of the bike, as well as all the customer service agents who answered my questions as I waited for my bike! Special shoutout to Angie from the customer support team. She was super friendly on the phone.

Purchase ZX went well, was in stock and delivered 2 days later. Packaging was taped shut with Super73 tape for content control. Support for app was perfect.
