Arrived when they said and cleared without fuss

The team arrived 3-hours after the collection window, at 9:30 pm. I only received a phone call telling me they were running late 1 hour after the delivery window. I would have been all right with lateness, if they had told me during the collection window. The lack of communication felt very unprofessional
