Booked a for a large load, safe in the knowledge (from seeing other reviews) that I would get a partial refund if it was medium. Took gang 15 minutes to removed my junk so requested refund. Anyjunk did a "review" and said it was large. Not happy. Won't use again.

I've used AnyJunk several times over the past few years, this time to remove rubble left over from building work. Although I could have possibly found a cheaper service, I'm pleased I booked AnyJunk because of the ease of booking, the transparency in pricing and the efficiency of the collection. You get a text 20 minutes before they arrive, the man who turned up was polite and friendly, cleared the rubble quickly and swept up afterwards. Furthermore, with AnyJunk at least you know your rubbish will be disposed of properly and not fly tipped.
