I had an awful situation whereby the driver came, collected something which wasn't the washing machine I had originally booked to be collected and then I had to pay again as I hadn't put the washing machine outside my house. I admit that it does state that you have to put the item outside but I did think someone would ring the bell or call. The driver will do neither of these things. Apparently the driver will drive up in front of your house and take whatever they see outside the house or if they don't see something, they'll drive on. This is not written in the AnyJunk emails or in AnyJunk's T & Cs. And you will then be charged again if you want to rebook as they say this is a 'wasted journey' which isn't a true reflection of what has happened. It is just a way for them to justify charging you again. Be very cautious when using this below par service.

Avoid! Guys arrived very late for a 1hr booked slot but with a truck already filled with sofas. Insisted I had far more rubbish than booked (I didn't) and refused to remove unless I paid significantly more. I even got charged for the 1hr booking slot which they failed to meet! i will not use again and will advise others to avoid *Just to respond to AnyJunk answer below: The guys simply did an eyeball estimate of the volume of rubbish. There was no weight determination and since the load was partially removed with their load of sofas I doubt very much if there was any meaningful weight measurement.
