Efficient on time and professional. Brilliant service.

Need to remove full bathroom contents after renovation. First I booked "at any time of the day". They arrived 1.5 hours after the end of the working day, at 7:30PM. But they did remove the junk. For the second time, I booked them at 7AM and paid extra. They arrived at 8:30AM. But again, did their job. I just wish they had some trolley, so they don't need to carry everything by hand. At least the guys had gloves.

Very easy to deal with this company. They pick up when they say they will and let the customer know estimated arrival time and vehicle registration and send you pictures of the drivers too, for security. Would recommend 👌

Not their fault but they were very late - but the depot called me and the driver kept me informed. Two very nice men finally arrived and took my furniture away carefully (no damage to walls) and really politely. Would definitely use again.

Quick and professional, we’re easy to find online and even easier to use. I wasn’t even in the country and when I returned home, it was all up to spec.

I looked at the picture online and had almost the same amount of junk, however the driver said it was more than a large load and changed me £66. Extra. I conferred with my builder at the time and he agreed with me. However a further £66 was summarily taken from my accounts! Apparently this is a regular occurrence once they arrive they say it is a larger amount. The load only 1/2 filled the truck. I will not use them again.

It was a very well organised and good service and all went according to plan. A company to recommend.
