I rang and spoke with someone, sent photo of of what needed to be disposed of. Was given the date of the 11th September, they sent the invoice. This was paid. On the 11th, they only removed half of what they had arranged to pick up, I had no communication to say they had only pick up half, When I called them today the 15th September I was told someone had called me to let me know this had not been picked up. When I explained I had not had a call I was told they had meant to call me! but had forgot! They then wanted another payment of £387. What a Joke.
