GOOD EQUIPMENT, QUICK DELIVERY AND GOOD PRICES.

I ordered two infrared heaters on two separate occasions. Both heaters arrived on time (one arrived early) and both are in great working order. I called customer services to enquire regarding the delivery of one if the items and they were really helpful.

I purchased an electric fire- after I order it I realised that I misunderstood the measurements. I emailed them and explained. After it was delivered they arranged collection through DPD again and after a couple of weeks I got a full refund. I had to send a few emails but they always got back to me and I would have got the refund faster if was delivered back promptly. I can’t complain about the service and the product would have been perfect only for the size didn’t suit my needs. Pleasant to deal with. I corresponded through email only.

Please think before using this company. I received my delivery of a tower cooling fan which I would like to return - it is very noisy, there is no way that it can be used during the night in the bedroom. I have been trying to make contact via: emails - never received a reply & phone. First two attempts via phone : auto message advising that I was calling out of working hours (no information of working hours given). I decided that I would call early which was just before 10.00am, message advised that they were experiencing a large quantity of call etc. I decided that I was going to hold, after holding for 2 hours (yes two) the phone disconnected. I really wished I had spent the extra cash and ordered via another company (not sure if I can mention) where the returns is a easy process.

Products received promptly and in good condition.
