DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Bought a kettlebelle. It was faulty I phoned to make double sure they had a replacement to send and they confirmed they would send me one they had in stock. I expressly said I did not want to send it back and be refunded or left without a kettlebell. I posted it and immediately sent tracking details and they two took two days to reply and then told me they were unsurprisingly out of stock. Then couldn't be bothered to resolve it. Refused to give managers details or escalate the complaint. They make Ryanair look caring.
