I have ordered a few things from this company over the last few months and always been pleased with their products and services. However, I've just received a B grade tabletop hob and I'm appalled with their packaging. The hob itself had no wrapping at all, not even a plastic bag! They used air filled ballast bags but there was not enough to stop the hob rattling around in the packing box. On top of that, the attached UK adapter was smashed. Not a great advert for German Company! I have pictures to back up the above.

Item was broken on arrive. No receipt attached. On website pages like refund or delivery tracking can not be accessed. Item quality is extremely poor. The most ridiculous thing is that the contact number and ways they put online is fake and not working. This is completely a cheating shopping website. I hope there won’t be more people stucked in here like me!!!
