Great product, got the white one and looks very slick in our living room and bedroom. It was delivered quickly. The only negative for me is that the thermometer is too bright during the night, it would be nice to have the option to switch if off when the fan is on or off.

Very pleased with product and service

I am only giving 1 star because you cannot give zero. There is no words to define, accurately, how bad this company is. Ordered Garden furniture, over the space of a week received random pieces. Upon receiving all registered parcels started looking to assemble. Noticed I didn't receive well over 2/3 of the required pieces (did receive extra of some of the other pieces). Mailed (nicely) assuming packaging errors (this things happen) waited a week with no reply. Sent a not so nice mail, got a reply the next day saying here have 100e (to cover about 300+) of missing pieces or I could refund (under condition that everything arrives in perfect condition) sent a detailed list from the manual (I had to find online) showing what was missed and requested they send these pieces as I do not wanna wait 3/4 weeks and finally be left with no money (when they assumably try claim some damage or other lies to prevent the refund) for furniture or furniture. I got a reply to this to say my request is granted - print this onto the package and we will arrange the refund when we have received the package. Zero acknowledgement of my request, zero dialogue over a way forward. To say anything positive about hifi tower would be to speak an untruth. Never have I had an interaction online shopping that has been this negative (and I have used also any one of them most could think of). Beyond perplexed by this whole ordeal. I do see various positive reviews (vastly the minority of reviews) I can only assume these are in no way genuine replies from their customers as I do not see how any of them could be true.

Purchased a €49.99 record player from hifi tower...it arrived packaged very securely..and tracked from source to destination...I am not into hi fi spec and I found this model to be perfect for my little vinyl collection...I highly recommend the hi fi ...and the company is professional in their sale and distribution of same.

I found the Hi-tower IE website very easy to navigate and I like the option to pay through PayPal which gives more peace of mind.
