First Class Service & Great Product

I am very happy with all aspects of this purchase. Ease of ordering, continual communication and regular updates from the delivery company. The Klarfit Barre Marie Double Ballet Bar Freestanding has been an excellent purchase. It was however delivered at day late, but I am making an exception for present times and it came from Germany (which I didn’t realise when ordering) I am therefore delighted to have it at all. It was well packaged inside and out & was exceptionally easy to put together. It is of a very good quality when assembled and is very sturdy. I should point out, it’s not a wooden handrail, it is wood effect. My son is a full time ballet student doing online classes at present and tells me having tried it out, it is perfect. We are very happy with the purchase, communication, delivery and item itself. Thank you for continuing to provide a first class service during this Pandemic. It is much appreciated 🙏

I ordered an item from this company

I ordered an item from this company. With the current Covid-19 situation i was expecting some possible delay in the receipt of the product but it was deliverde to my door in Ireland just 8 days after I ordered it. The item , a recoed; cassette CD player and radio with encoding facility, is well built and all functions worked perfectly. The product is well build and I was pleasently surprised with the quality of the sound from the small speakers. It was also very competitively priced.

Great product and great value

Great product and great value! Exercise bike said in stock in 3 weeks and available to preorder. Did order and bike was dispatched as promised 3 weeks later. Free DPD delivery from Germany, arrived 3 days later, very pleased. Bike is great quality and can’t fault service!

After placing my order I had not…

After placing my order I had not received any update. That's when I started googling and found the reviews here. As my order has not been shipped yet tried cancelling my order. Their published phone number does not work, and have so far ignored my emails. I managed to find another number which left me waiting in a queue for 20 mins eventually someone answered and said they would cancel my order and I would receive confirmation of cancellation. Guess what... I haven't and my order still shows on their website as not shipped. No idea what's going on with my item.

I honestly have no clue what is going on

I honestly have no clue what is going on at the moment. I placed an order at the start of the week where I was advised I would receive confirmation payment within the day. That never came, despite the fact they took .€50 from my account no bother. Due to the fact I received no payment confirmation, I have no dispatch notice. Therefore I can not see how long it will take for my product to arrive. I’m under the impression that it hasn’t even been processed for dispatch yet!! I’ve tried calling on numerous occasions to be told it’s not possible to contact them via phone - why???? They offer to contact through email instead, and there’s an issue sending emails - of course!!!! I didn’t want to have to take this to a third party website to be viewed by potential customers but it seems as thought it might be the only way I’ll be able to get through you you guys. I’m now asking for someone to reach out to me. My information is included with this review. Thanks.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, takes 30+ mins to get through each time, then they refused to look into delivery that hadn’t arrived, refuse to let you speak to a manager and constantly put the phone down on you. All you get is, we can’t do that, we can’t do that! Avoid at all costs. Update, after writing this the company would still not locate the parcel. Their reply “I received information from our supervisor that he replied to your message earlier today, unfortunately he is unable to make calls”!! All he said was it was in transit, and apparently he lacks the ability to make a phone call! I was also accused of being abusive for asking to speak to a manager! Eventually though once I was dealing with a manager and not the general staff, I received my parcel minus two parts as it arrived open. He gave me compensation and replaced the box with the missing parts. This was much better customer service and it is a shame they didn’t give this level of service from the beginning. It was an upsetting experience initially that was put right eventually.
