Ordered an item that was supposed to be …
Ordered an item that was supposed to be available for dispatch on the 24th but as of today have had no dispatch confirmation even after payment has cleared. They can't even give me an answer as to what is going on with the order and checking the status of the order via my account only ever returns a server maintenance message even tho I have done it every single day (no server maintainance takes 3 days). Stay away and buy your goods elsewhere.

Poor Ordering System and non existent Customer Service
I ordered a product from this company on the 11th December via Ebay, paying immediately via Paypal, expecting a delivery on 15/12 in time for Xmas. I emailed them on 18/12 my parcel hadn't been received and didn't get a reply so I telephoned them on 21/12. I was told that the order hadn't reached their warehouse as it was incomplete (it didn't have a delivery address) yet their ordering system did not flag up the fact that there was an incomplete order on their system. Indeed, had I not phoned them it would have stayed in limbo for ever! At no point in the ordering system was I asked to provide my address though obviously both Paypal and Ebay hold my full address details so I assume that my details should have been automatically passed across. There is clearly a fault with their systems in that details are not being passed from Ebay. What is really annoying is that I wrote at length explaining they had a problem with their systems and have since written a further 3 times and I have not received a single response. I would certainly not use this company again and would offer similar advice to anyone else considering using them.

STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY 3 WEEKS LATER WITH NO UPDATE
I made a purchase on the 27th December and I have still not received the item. They sent me a tracking number but when I rang UPS they informed me the order hasn’t been processed so I went onto Hi Fi towers website to get their contact number but no answer. I contacted them on Thursday by e-mail to ask what is happening but still no answers. BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY I HAVE PARTED WITH £55 BUT NO PRODUCT!!! I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS

Amazing Service. This company provided me with truly excellent service. After sales service was simply superb. Problem caused by me alone, was resolved efficiently and with courtesy. Dealt with a man called Adam Stark - could not have been more helpful. Not easy to impress me , but this company certainly did. I received the Auna Areal 525 Bk 5.1 Surround Sound Active Speaker System 125 W RMS for Christmas. This was advertised on the Hifi-Tower website as having Bluetooth capabilities. When I received it the instruction Manuela didn't mention Bluetooth and my mobile would not find any signal from the speakers. I wrote to Hifi tower and the company that make the Speakers (Auna) to enquire about this. Auna said they do not have Bluetooth and this is an error. I wrote again (by this point 4-5 days had past) to Hifi-Tower and I attached the email from Auna. The adviser said it would need investigated by the 'content department', and sent me a return label. I returned them and and did not hear from them again, no apology nothing. Finally my refund went through although I was expecting an email to say the content department had checked them and realised that they do not have bluetooth and we have processed a refund for you, apologies (possibly even here is something for the trouble), although I heard nothing from them. 2 weeks later I wrote again to ask what the 'content department' found and also stating I had noticed they had changed the false advertising on the website and they apologised and gave me a code for 10%.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a Auna Concept 620 5.1 Speaker System prior to Christmas and it arrived around 27th December. When I came to put it together I discovered that it was incompatible with my TV and was going to cost £45 to get the parts I needed. I emailed requesting collection on 28/12/17, 3/1/18 & 12/1/18, and to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply (other than the automated one), and am now getting very frustrated. It states not to return the item without their instructions as it is over £50 and I would be responsible for postage - but I may have to so as to get some money back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Absolute terrible company ! I ordered a stepping machine which came fast enough ,but once put together was faulty !! I rung them up and was told will take 5 days to hear back from the warehouse to see if they had another part , if not would have to send mine back ,then wait to have an exchange or refund which could take 10 days !! After waiting 3 days and still not heard thought this is ridiculous will just have a refund ! I have received my free returns postage label, but have to carry a 22kg box which is labelled HEAVY myself to a post office ,as they do not offer a service that can pick up from your house !!! Avoid !! I do not know any company that offer free postage that will not get the courier to collect from your house !!

This is the worst online experience I have had ever. Please do not order with this company. They have taken my money have no record of it, sent me no receipt and now say they cant find the payment. They are extremely slow to respond to emails. There is nothing good about the shopping experience and if you want to be ripped off then go ahead.

Problem resolved...
I ordered an item for £160 which arrived promptly but was incomplete, missing an all important seal. Contacting the company via the website, email and telephone proved problematic, but a poor review on Trustpilot started the ball rolling, and I very soon was able to return the faulty item, receive a working replacement and £30 refund. I can't say their communication is great, but once I did get through to them the resolution was swift and and I am Leeanne for her help.
