The took my money but provided nothing

Unfortunately I placed an order and did not get any email confirming the order. However they were quick enough to take my money from me. I have now spent the last week trying to get a refund, or the item to be sent to me, and they just keep telling me that they need the order details. Well as I didn't get any order details then I only have my Paypal receipt to show that I spent almost £200 on nothing. I will have to take legal action if this is not resolved by them asap. And my son is going to have a banging Christmas morning!!!!!!

They are having problems locating the bank transfer payment for my purchase as there was no option to pay by card on the website. Very bad business model and poor/slow customer service. They still haven't located my payment almost a week later and now I am worried If I will even receive my purchase or even a refund. Worst online shopping experience I've had so far.

Ordered Whole PA system which turned up …

Ordered Whole PA system which turned up damaged on one speaker. The metal corner cap was non existent front lower speaker grill dented in towards the cone and large dent in top of speaker. Reported to HIFI Tower who said oh transport damage need to see pictures of boxes all were sent to customer services as per request. Was offered £10 refund for damage which was declined, then was sent mailing sticker to send whole thing back to HIFI Tower via a DHL pickup point have informed them that they don't even fit in my car how am I suppose to get them there up until now no response from HIFI Tower As have said if this was in the region of a £50 for the damage I would have accepted it and was told this is not in our policy Shoppers beware ok at selling but aftercare is shocking Have since be given a refund of £45 but tool a post on here to get that

I bought a 4 channel amp to go with a system my wife bought me and we had a slight problem.with delivery. The company did everything they could to find the parcel and sent me another parcel couple of days after. Really pleased with the customer service and would recommend

lots of problems but they eventuslly gave a full refund and offered a discount on future stuff. i wont use them in future but there not the worse

Had a prolem but called and was sorted straight away.…

Had a problem at first with this company. But after weeks found out it could have been PayPal or eBay that made the problem. Got a refund after eBay changed there mind, Purchased another item that was very quick delivery and worked very well. If any problems phone the company direct as thy will sort things out.

Waiting 3 weeks for my refund!

Received an induction hob which had a defect. Returned it promptly 3 weeks ago. Have not received money back, but instead several e-mails claiming money will be returned. I paid in advance and now have to threaten legal action to get my refund! Never again will I order from this company! Update: I purchased and received customer ID 110001802. Returned item on 27. Sept. Finally received refund 18. OCT. If Hifi Towers claim otherwise, they are lying!

witout a doubt excellent after sales customer care a company that actually listens and actions with out any hassle over the year spoke various customer care assistants and all as helpful as you would expect and more i wish i could remember all their names ,,,,,,,last one i spoke to today jack was quick and efficient thank you

Bought a Klarstein cooker hood via Hi-Fi tower, had it a number of weeks before fitting (due to other items needing finished) but noticed some significant damage (I had failed to fully remove it from the packaging for full inspection so only checked the rear of the unit). They arranged return postage (to Germany), dropped it off at the post office and within a week or so I received another in perfect condition. Excellent customer service, I was kept fully informed of the procedure and status so I would not hesitate to use again.
