I spent three weeks at the Tangerine Beach Club in January, 2025. The flights there and back with Emirates were flawless and incredibly well organised. Sri Lanka itself was a stunning experience. The culture. The people. The landscape and history. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food incredible. I roamed all over the island thanks to our JG Holidays local representiative, Fayaz Mohideen, who worked tirelessly to set up trips and experiences and was always available to communicate with and get straight back to you. I miss the smiling and welcoming people in the country. I travelled also on the public transport considerable distances on train and bus and felt welcome, enchanted and safe. Visit Sri Lanka with an open mind and heart. Get out of your comfort zone. A wonderful experience. Thanks again to all who took care of us.
IGNORANT COMPANY…
Following my previous reviews of this company and the appalling trip I had to endure last December, I escalated my complaint to the CEO and he did not have the courtesy or decency to respond. Please do not waste your money on booking their tours because if you have a cause to complain they will totally ignore you no matter how much you try to get recompense. I would advise using Shearings as they provide much better customer service.
Brilliant
We went on a mystery tour this weekend to Liverpool and Manchester. Our coach diver Steve was absolutely brilliant, awnsered any questions we have, very friendly, made you feel at ease, interacted really well with us all and very professional. We've had a really good time Steve told us what a few things was to do in that location and was also very informative on the drive about different places.
Stupidly I booked a “mystery tour”
Stupidly I booked a “mystery tour” for myself and a few members of my social group. The coach was late and we were standing in rain for an hour, the driver Immediately advised us of our destination (so much for the mystery!) and we then set off in the wrong direction and arrived in Whitby with only an hour and a half before we had to be back on the coach to our next destination. Our final destination was Middlesbrough and if anyone has been there they will know that NOONE wants to end up there as a treat/surprise! We had less than an hour to get ready for dinner at 6:30 pm! It was then announced that breakfast would be served at 6:30 am as we had to set off for 8 am. Several people took a late breakfast and then booked a train home. Not so much a fun weekend as an endurance test! I have written to the company to complain and two months later I am still waiting for a response despite their letter saying they would be back to me within 14 days. Theatre 2 day break were taken to…
It was better when you were taken to your hotel to get changed before the show. Also, it was better when there were several drop off points in the theatre district not just one. We had a 30 min walk from the drop off to the theatre.

Booked a Holiday over the Telephone with a lady called Imogine, everything l needed to know, she was very helpful Polite and efficient,
