Cirque du soleil

Went to London to the Royal Albert Hall with National holidays to see cirque du soleil, the coach was running late to pick us up, but recieved messages to let us know way ahead of time,very good. The seats were off to the side quite high up, I now know next time I would ask if we could upgrade the tickets for a more central view, but having said that you could see, but would just be nice to look straight on. The ibis near Heathrow was good, the room was clean & it was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had anywhere, the only downside was the heating on the coach was sitting at 24° at a few points in the journey, that wasn't comfortable, but people apparently were cold, I would suggest putting on a coat. Overall happy for the money for someone else to be driving.

Driving good

Driving good, although driver seemed to be confused with places once or twice! Hotel food very good, but mattress a bit thin.

Bad Trip

Starting with the coach being 20 minutes late for our pickup on a very cold morning, no apology given, not a word was issued from the driver to explain our trip, due to a bump into the coach which smashed the outside window, I believe that the coach should have been replaced due to Health and Safety, as we were driving shards of the outside glass were just dropping onto the road and onto oncoming traffic, the driver was informed,the second driver was much more sociable than the first driver, on top of that, there were far too many pickups, it took us 7 1/2 hours to get to London, to be just dropped off at Royal Albert Hall and hang around for 3 hours, we were so shattered, that I was falling asleep in the show, after the show finished 9.40pm to wait in the coach until 11.30pm for the other theatre people, not getting to the hotel until well after midnight, after a few hours in London the next day, we had another 7 1/2 hours journey home. We Did not enjoy the coach trip one bit

Sorrento and Amalfi Coast holiday

I have used National Holidays on numerous occasions and always found booking very easy on this occasion Imogen was very polite and helpful, took my booking very efficiently and took the time to answer my query.
