Went on s mystery tour weekend with my friend. Fabulous weekend in Scarborough and York. Hotel accommodation was lovely with very good food. The driver was so lovely and helpful with a brilliant sense of humour that kept us all entertained. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended

on the whole the mystery weekend away was very good, pick up in our local town was excellent, the coach and driver was superb. the hotel was fine what I would expect, the food was okay also, and to my surprise was clearly labelled with intolerance warnings. the only let down for me was doing two city centres in one weekend, as with all mystery tours you pay your money and take your luck, but I would have hoped for something a bit different for the second day, after doing a city centre on the first day, but over all good value for money

Not good. Being dropped off for 4 hours at destination Liverpool then taken miles away for overnight stay Bolton in hotel where food was just edible. Next day again taken to another city Manchester and left for 4 hours before taken home. I would happily have sat on the bus for those hours had I been allowed It would have been so much better had we stayed in the first city where there were places to go in the evening, even just to have a drink where we didn't have to take out a loan for a glass of lemonade

We went on a mystery tour. The first day was great in Liverpool. Our overnight stay was good. The 2nd day was Manchester in which we struggled to find things to do. We hadn’t intended on doing any shopping so the day proved to be a bit boring.

Worst Time of my life never again.. dropped off in Holland in an industrial park hotel. 50 people wanting something to drink and eat and there was no staff on as it was week end. Could go on but won't. Don't waste your money . Terrible company

The coach drivers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the service and food at the hotel was excellent. The down sides were, travelling on feeder coaches and having to change coaches part way through the journey. This resulted in lots more stops to pick up and drop off. Also there is more seats in the coaches, this left us with less leg room and a smaller pull down table, that was useless because you couldn't fit a small bottle of water in the drink holder part, and it drooped if I tried to rest my tablet on it. We felt cramped and uncomfortable whilst on the coach.

I Recently made a booking with National Holidays, and I have to say It was very easy to do so. The Lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful and patient, and made the procedure very smooth. All in all a very pleasant experience! I would definately recommend booking with National Holidays and I will have no hesitation booking with them in future!
