Mostly excellent including Jason and Matt our drivers who took care of us. The pick up times though were not worked out properly on the trip down to London. This meant that we wasted at least an hour and when people board a coach at 5 am this makes the day very tiring.

Yes. Only the waiting time is more . They made the spelling wrong which was rectified later.

Left the park at 3pm on the second day when the park is literally open for another 6 hours. Good job we didn’t decide to do any scaremazes on the second day as they don’t open till 5pm. Driver proceeded to be angry with people who were 10 minutes late back to the coach (even though the time to be back was unreasonable) as they had been stuck in a queue for a ride for 2+ hours. We luckily had platinum fast passes (which cost £150) but I understand this is a lot of money and some people don’t want to pay that and scarefest allows people to maximise time in the park due to it being open until 9. Other people on our coach were disappointed they only got to go on 2 rides for the entire day which is completely understandable. Also, the whole point of scarefest is the scaremazes and riding the coasters in the dark which we got to experience next to none of during this 2 day trip. For £189 this trip was an absolute rip off and I will not be booking again.

Good few hours in Durham, great hotel in Middlesbrough and good few hours in Whitby. Great driver.

If you like coach holiday then national holiday is the one for you. They won't let you down.
