Excellent value for money!
This was our first coach holiday and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, staff great and food tasty and plentiful. The hotel did need a little cosmetic TLC, but the holiday was excellent value for money. We enjoyed trips to Canterbury and Rochester, but it wasn't a day more a few hours. Coach driver was helpful and friendly, but the coach was far too cramped with absolutely no leg room. The seat backs were high and made the journey feel even more claustrophobic, which would make me think twice about a long journey. The feeder vehicle was a very comfortable and roomy minibus and again the driver was very helpful. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely travel this company again.
Really long journey to London
A really long journey to London, some travellers on the coach for best part of 8 hours. Arrived at the hotel at 15:45 and they didn’t immediately have enough rooms for everyone on the coach, which we are assuming they knew well in advance of how many bookings to expect - at the Ibis Stratford. Consequently it was a bit of a rush to get to our rooms, freshen up then find somewhere locally to eat and be back at the hotel for the coach collection at 6pm to head to the Abba arena, which was brilliant . Bed and breakfast at the hotel absolutely fine. Collected at 9.30 to go into London next day for 4 hours free time then a really long journey home which is only to be expected after leaving London at around 3.30pm. Much longer journey than we’d expected. The coach drivers were really nice though. Next time I think we’d look at 2 nights stay to break up all the travelling.
Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful. Explained all about our booking.
The driver Derek was brilliant
In answer to your reply we repeatedly requested pillows and each day told that they deed not have any. As far as you saying that bingo is liked by some people we have always played at other hotels and enjoyed it but not at the price they charged and extended time. the driver Derek was brilliant. First appearance of the grand hotel was lovely. The food was poor quality especially the Christmas day day meal. There was only ever one bar open which caused long queues before dinner. The bingo was too expensive and went on too long which made the entertainment on late, too late for most people. We were only allowed one pillow per person which was not sufficient, and the bed we slept on was pushed against the wall because there was no room for it any other way. This was very difficult for getting out of especially when for two people with mobility problems. Also there was no cleaning in your rooms for tho whole stay.

Terrible customer service after sending detailed email regarding recent trip and lack of satisfaction. Standard email reply from them. Avoid using this company and use a more professional organised company.
Had two feeder coaches then main one…
Had two feeder coaches then main one but over all lovely holiday
Very helpful when I rang them up
I found by phoning them up they was very helpful as I had to wring them up as I have a 3 wheeler so I wanted to know if s able to take it, she did explain to me that the theatre will have to take it off me and keep it on side for me, so I explained I have a walking stick as well.
Cornwall and the Eden project
My holiday was great value for money. The excursions were great. The coach driver was knowledgeably and was superb at getting where we needed to be. The accommodation was good for the price. Everything went according to plan.
ABBA Voyage trip
Hotel was great. Good location. Time at O2 after show was waste of time as everything was closing. Show was fab. Driver was late showing up after giving time he would be there. Felt I spent a lot of time hanging about on this trip. A better idea for return journey morning, would have been a few hours at an attraction like Harry Potter rather than tramping aimlessly around Oxford street.
