we have used Shap Wells Hotel 3 times over the last 2 years and have found that hotel to be very comfortable with excellent food and great sevice but as this is the only hotel that we have used I cannot give an opinion on any others absolutely no complaints

Website not so great but booking by phone was trouble free as usual. Pleasant and curtious staff. I would continue to recommend easy-breaks.

Online booking clunky so I prefer to talk to a live person when booking. Staff very helpful and competent

Booking the holiday was so easy, excellent value for money

Used Easy-Breaks for many years, it's good value for your money and we have never been disappointed with any of the 7 hotels we have stayed at.

The range of hotels and prices are really good. Only downside is attitude of customer services when wanting confirmation. They will not accept fault and state that the confirmation must have been missed by me. Im a computer programmer so you can guess how that went down. Otherwise a good site

Great prices for breaks. Only issue is when they stated i would get a confirmation email i did not receive one and had to make contact to make sure offer went ahead. Other than that i have used this site before and i would recommend them to anyone
