Terrible experience when trying to redeem a voucher online and make a booking. There was no option on their site to redeem the voucher. They have a premium phone number. However they do have a chat helpline. .Note that they charge a Admin fee and try to get a £12 reservation protection fee...which is free if booking elsewhere. I would not recommend this company

I needed to confirm availability and the lady who dealt with me (Wendy?) was very pleasant and very helpful. She returned my call quickly and then arranged my break over the phone. All carried out with minimum fuss.

Site good but only drawback can't book a single room at any one your hotels ..is a bit of a pain having to phone the hotel direct ..people do go on holidays on their own

Booking was easy and the hotel windermere Manor was very good. Lovely view from bedroom and nice pool . .

Call handler enquired at hotel about single person bookings and phoned back later with details. Very efficient and we booked a double and a single person for two nights . Easy breaks are always good at dealing with enquiries /bookings ,speaking to a real person instead of ticking boxes is much better! James

We booked a break at short notice and everything noted in the booklet was spot on even the staff I booked with where very professional
