Very good service

Website search ect is not the greatest. Checkout is a pain and very poorly designed, you need to enter your details twice, once for booking and once for credit card, not great. Operators are friendly and knowledgeable so that makes up for the poor website.

booked yesterday and still no confirmation shocking

As always I have had superb service from E.B. This is the first time I have booked with the online service as it normally messes up. Only thing I now miss is speaking to the lovely very helpful staff.

Due to upgrading the website I was unable to put through my voucher also the prices are not cheap
