Service really good

Having spent several years holidays booking with Easy-breaks we have had no unfortunate experiences in fact all breaks either in Scotland ,England or Wales have been first class.Hotels are of a good standard generally I must say though some have seen better days but all are clean and staff make up for any deficiences in décor etc

We have booked many hotel breaks through Easy-Breaks and found them very efficient and helpful, thay have gone out of their way to help us on more than one occasion, we would certainly recommend them. PG

I booked a three night stay through the easy breaks website. The description of the stay is Exclusive to easy breaks. Hot Chocolate Dinner Breakfast Additional information Hot chocolate on arrival and three course dinner. I get the impression I have booked a three night stay and will only have dinner on one night and and only one breakfast for the three day duration. We shall see what happens when I get to the hotel. Watch this space the review might change. After arriving at the hotel I was pleased to learn that our break did indeed include dinner and breakfast for the three days. We never received the hot chocolate on the first evening. Hotel in need of a bit refurbishment but the room was clean.

Very easy to book by telephone. Staff pleasant and helpful. Been on several easy-break holidays and have always been very satisfied with everything.

Good value for money deals for couples. Lacking deals for singles and families.

Had no problem with the company

Always get the best help and love the hotels, will be booking for later in the year.
