Bike Service & puncture repair carried out without any issues and at a fair price. No 2+ week delays booking work in either, very speedy. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Ordered a bike for 7.5k on sale through their website to which they emailed saying that they had an error on their website and so needed me to pay and extra 1000 pounds because of their error which had existed for weeks on the website. All I get was a half arsed response about it's not their fault...

Quick no nonsense delivery. No unfair extra charges to Scottish Highlands - yes we are part of the mainland! Order made directly to Italian supplier with no complications and received after a week when up to 20 days was initially expected as the item was not carried as stock but had to be ordered direct from Italian manufacturer.
