Slowly reducing unwanted robo calls as the days to by

Unit did not work. Seeking replacement.

My Call Blocker works very well and once you block an unwanted call, you never need to worry about it again!!

The blocker does not recognize the transfer beep sound from international calls. The blocker does not stop calls using the local prefex that are not real numbers. It is useless.

Easy to block but hard to recall a number you want to remove from block list.

While the product has seemingly reduced the number of scam calls per day, it has not eliminated them. Moreover, it appears that the scammers have devised a technique to beat the blocker by somehow, it appears, to make 2 calls (almost) simultaneously, to get through. And here is my biggest disappointment thus far, when I called the seller repeatedly, for over 2 hours, to talk to them about this & to get some advise, I could never get through as I would either get hung up on, disconnected, or put on hold forever! Not good. That said, I can see the product possibly being a viable solution to the problem, if only I could reach someone for some guidance to how to prevent the scammers from bearing ir overriding the blocker with their said call technique.

Call blocking by extension handset , #2 features is not working . 1. Customer support not answering phone . 2. Not replying to email also. 3.Deceptive trade practice , by false advertisement. 4.shoulkd not have bought this product.

I bought the V5000 because we were getting 10-15 "unavailable" calls each day. I programmed it to block all such calls, but these calls came coming through leaving me to have to press the Block button for each call. Called tech support, but their instructions didn't help at all. I don't know why there are so many positive reviews.

My phone has gotten pleasantly quiet now with the blocker. It is also very easy to block new callers. Thanks.

The only problem with this unit is you will never block all the available numbers. Hackers and cons have access to every phone number in the world. The Block Now button is convenient for blocking numbers using the caller ID from the television.
